By accessing, downloading, or using the Wardrill mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. FoxShift LLC ("we," "us," "our," or "Company") reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use following changes constitutes acceptance.
Wardrill is an unofficial companion tool for Warhammer 40,000 players. The App provides interactive quiz drills, a damage calculator, an AI rules advisor (Judicator), and AI-generated tactical analysis. All features assist competitive and casual players and are not intended to replace official Games Workshop rules or tournament resources.
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain confidentiality of your credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Do not share login credentials or authentication tokens. Report unauthorized access to support@wardrill.app.
Wardrill offers optional subscription access through Patreon at three monthly tiers: Tier 1 ($3.99/month), Tier 2 ($7.99/month), and Tier 3 ($14.99/month). Free users have access to basic features including quiz drills. Paid subscribers receive enhanced features including advanced AI tools.
Certain features consume monthly usage tokens. All users receive a monthly token allocation that resets on the first day of each calendar month. Tokens do not roll over. The Company may adjust allocations with notice of material changes.
Subscriptions renew automatically monthly through Patreon. You may cancel at any time through your Patreon account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Wardrill is an unofficial fan application, not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by Games Workshop Limited. Warhammer 40,000 and all associated intellectual property are the exclusive property of Games Workshop Limited. Wardrill uses Games Workshop intellectual property under fair use for educational and fan tool purposes only.
Wardrill's original code, design, features, and interface are owned by FoxShift LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
Content you submit through the App may be used by us to improve the service, provided it does not contain sensitive personal information.
Wardrill includes AI-generated features powered by artificial intelligence. AI-generated content is provided "as-is" without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or correctness.
AI-generated rulings from Judicator are not official Games Workshop interpretations and may contain errors. They should not be the sole basis for tournament decisions. Always consult official rules, codices, and FAQs for competitive play. Tactica suggestions represent AI analysis and may not reflect current competitive meta.
You agree not to: engage in automated scraping or bulk downloading; attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent security measures; share account credentials or subscription access; use the App to generate revenue for third parties without permission; engage in abusive behavior; transmit malware; violate applicable laws; or attempt unauthorized access to App systems.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. FOXSHIFT LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
FOXSHIFT LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $50 USD IF YOU HAVE PAID NOTHING.
Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, so these provisions may not fully apply to you.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause. Termination may result from violation of these Terms, abuse, or non-payment. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time. We will endeavor to provide notice of material changes.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Georgia.
